Hello, I’m Anne.









I like Real Estate because I like listening to a client’s wants and needs, and helping them achieve their goals. Whether you’re in the middle of the action, or out in the hills, I can help you. A home, for most people, is the single largest investment that person has. As your broker, it’s my job to help you buy or sell that investment. I’ll be honest and realistic with you, providing you with all the information you need so that you know you’re getting the best possible price. Being a broker licensed in both Washington and Oregon gives me access to better options for you as my client. I'm ready to help you transition into your NextHome.

I also have a deep appreciation for architecture. I can see potential in almost any home. I often wonder why some design choices are made, but that only makes life more interesting.

I have quite a varied background. One could say that there isn’t much I haven’t done. I have often held two jobs in order to help make ends meet. Suffice it to say I’m not afraid of hard work, or long hours.

I am the wife of a wonderful husband and the mother of an adult special needs child. It is safe to say that spare time is a luxury, but it’s also important to make time for family activities. So we don’t pass up chances to go places and learn things. Reading, watching movies, and playing games are regular family activities. And although my child is technically ‘special needs,’ she can at times be an awesome professional assistant.

I also enjoy designing and sewing clothes. Tailoring custom designs requires a blend of technical skill and artful imagination. There is no shortage of available ideas to review and modify in both modern and vintage fashion.

While I like cooking to some extent, I actually prefer to bake. Baking is ideal practice for those who wish to master their multi-tasking skills. While something bakes, I can also be doing something else. Same principle applies to using a crock pot. Cookies are a huge exception. I love baking cookies, and even though it doesn’t take long to bake a batch, they require my undivided attention.
